Warranty Explanation
Advance Glass Service and its affiliates assume no liability beyond the total amount paid for auto glass service on the original receipt and/or invoice. Warranty is NULL and VOID if repairs and/or replacements are completed by any other company and/or dealership after our repair/replacement services.
This warranty does NOT cover damage to glass due to vandalism, theft, accident, or negligent conduct. We are NOT responsible for items such as hailstones and/or rock chips.
We use manufacturer and/or industry-approved adhesives and are NOT responsible for any defective paint that may peel after customer removal.
Limited Warranty
Auto glass is warranted against defects in material or workmanship for as long as you own the vehicle in which the glass is installed and such defects are brought to the attention of Advance Glass Service within 30 days of discovery of a defect. Truck sliding back glass is warranted against defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of installation as shown on the original receipt and/or invoice. Door glass, regulators, and motors have a one-year warranty from the date of installation as shown on the original receipt and/or invoice.
Exclusions from Warranty
This warranty does not cover leaks or related damage in connection with installations to vehicles having damage or rust on the pinchweld. We will use reasonable visual inspections efforts to advise you of the existence of such damage or rust prior to the removal of existing glass; however, it is often not possible to do this.
In these cases, Advance Glass Service is not responsible for any associated damage. In addition, damage not involving defective workmanship or materials is expressly excluded from coverage under this warranty.
Advance Glass Service LLC does not perform windshield recalibrations. We recommend all owners of vehicles with advanced driver assistance systems review manufacturer instructions or contact the dealership for calibration services of their vehicles. Failure to recalibrate ADAS systems can result in the skewed performance of your system and is dangerous for drivers and passengers. Advance Glass Service LLC is not responsible nor guarantees the proper operation of ADAS equipment after installation.
If you have a problem that is covered by this warranty, you may contact us and we will replace or repair the warranted product, or correct the defective workmanship without charge at a mutually agreed time and location within our central Oklahoma coverage area within 2 weeks of notice of warrantied damage. In order to exercise your rights under this warranty, we will require evidence of installation by Advance Glass Service, such as a copy of the invoice.
Warranty for Windshield Repair
The Advance Glass Service windshield repair process involves the injection of special adhesives into the damaged part of the glass. The degree of success of each repair is a function of several variables. The best results are obtained when the damage is recent, the point of the impact is small, the cracks around the damaged area are small, and there is no moisture or other foreign matter in the damaged area.
In some cases, the attempt to repair a windshield can result in the chip or crack becoming larger; we are not responsible for such damage.
If you are dissatisfied with the repair or the damage expands beyond repair, we will credit the cost of the chip/crack repair toward our Advance Glass Service glass replacement.
This warranty applies as long as you own or lease the vehicle on which the repair was made and is not transferable.
